Our organisation is mainly based on regional operations to match the specific customer characteristics in each region while the solar business is managed at a global level.
To take advantage of the synergies between the regions, we put in place a small and flexible structure that focuses on R&D, market development and strategic procurement, and that promotes the exchange of best practices in terms of cost and quality.
